Hi, I’m Sahil. I am a computer scientist by training. My career interests have revolved around machine learning and optimization, compilers, formal proofs, and a newfound interest in blockchain and cryptography. I am now working on a startup idea under Async Labs, somewhere in between AI and Crypto. Previously I've helped start early stage companies, including Glean and VirtualForce. Outside of startups some of my most impactful projects include building Feed Recommendations AI and Videos Ranking at Facebook (Meta), and Marketplace optimization systems at Uber. My professional motivation is to help increase economic opportunities in our world, where ideas and talent wins over circumstance. I believe accessible technology is the best tool we have to normalize socioeconomic priors. |
